This standard focuses very much on customer satisfaction.

The presentation was held on Tuesday 18 October 2005 where Alan Denney from CQS (Certified Quality Systems) Limited presented Faulkner Associates Ltd with the certificate of registration.

Faulkner Associates Ltd aims to ensure that its products and services meet the needs of its clients at all times in accordance with contractual requirements, its policies and procedures.
