Faulkner Associates, Chartered Architects is the only Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Chartered Practice in Bexhill, East Sussex. The practice was formed in 1990 and provides an enthusiastic and creative approach to building design in an increasingly difficult and challenging environment where experience is more crucial than ever.

 | | Nigel Faulkner,B.A. (Hons).,Dip Arch, RIBA, is Managing Director of Faulkner Associates Ltd, Little Common, Bexhill. Nigel formed the practice in 1990 and has hands on responsibility for all projects. In addition he is closely involved in Quality Assurance (Quality Manager), Marketing, CPD and Health and Safety. |
 | | Graham Lavender,B.A.(Hons).,Dip Arch is Project Architect with particular responsibility for all healthcare schemes, together with 30 years experience of the construction industry. |
 | | Peter Jenner, MCIAT, is an Architectural Technician with responsibility for small works; including domestic extensions, loft conversions etc in and around East Sussex. |

Milena Kavulokova is an Architectural Technician and is responsible for preparing scheme drawings, detail drawings and presentation drawings, attending briefing meetings, site survey meetings and carrying out planning and building regulation applications.

 | | Denise Cloutt is a Trainee Architect and is responsible for preparing scheme drawings, detail drawings and presentation drawings, attending briefing meetings, site survey meetings and carrying out planning and building regulation applications. |

Jan Powell is Accounts Administrator and is responsible for all Administration and Financial affairs of Faulkner Associates Ltd.

 | | Samantha Cheshire, RSA, (Diploma in Secretarial and Administrative Procedures) is Secretary/Receptionist and Internal Quality Auditor. Samantha assists with the Website, Administration, Marketing and events organisation. |
